CS Global Partners Pledges Support to the Caribbean Post Hurricane Maria

For many years, it has been CS Global Partners’ pleasure and privilege to work closely with a number of Caribbean jurisdictions to develop and promote their citizenship by investment programmes.

Seeing these programmes play a role in national growth, whether by supporting entrepreneurship, social schemes, or construction, has motivated our team to do its utmost to ensure their success. It is the notion that schools, sanitation, and sustainability depend on these programmes that drives our day to day activities.

It is therefore with a heavy heart that we learned of the utter devastation caused first by Hurricane Irma, and then by Hurricane Maria. Our thoughts were, and remain with those who have lost loved ones, those who were injured, and those who now face the prospect of having to rebuild a life from scratch.

It is to the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis, with over US$150 million in infrastructural damage, to Antigua and Barbuda, where Barbuda lost 90 percent of its buildings, and to the Commonwealth of Dominica in particular – hit devastatingly hard by Hurricane Maria – that we address our deepest wishes for recovery.

And, indeed, we intend to do more. CS Global Partners is a government advisor, but, above all, it is committed to the well-being of the nations it assists. With this written communication, we pledge our support and solidarity to the people affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria, and to Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis, and Antigua and Barbuda.

We undertake to work even harder in the days, weeks, and months ahead of us, to ensure that there is a true rebirth in Dominica, and a complete restoration in St Kitts and Nevis and Antigua and Barbuda.
CS Global Partners stands in unison with the Caribbean at this difficult moment in time.
