Government Ensures Dominican Furniture Manufacturers Benefit from CBI-Funded Housing

The Dominican Government will add 250 homes to the island’s housing stock over the next few weeks for local furniture manufacturers.

Dominica’s Housing Revolution aims to build 5,000 affordable and weather-resistant homes for its citizens. Since its inception in 2018, the project has already built over 1,000 homes. Recently, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and other high-ranking officials met with local furniture manufactures, revealing that they would also benefit from the government housing programme.
