A new real estate property has been included in the list of government-approved projects operating under Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme. Once completed, the property is anticipated to become the centre for business lodgings and luxury leisure in the country’s capital Roseau.
Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme has seen a surge in interest particularly from US investors hoping to secure a Plan B. Those who choose the real estate route have eight different properties to choose from. This includes developments from globally renowned hoteliers like Marriott, Kempinski and Hilton but also eco-luxury boutique resorts like Secret Bay and Jungle Bay.
