Secret Bay pays CBI investors their returns and measures strong growth
The luxury resort surpassed CBI investor growth, return on investment (ROI) payout, total sales, average daily rate (ADR), occupancy rate, and resort employee expectations.
Secret Bay’s year-on year growth success includes the following:
- The scheduled deliverables of additional villas and amenities secured Secret Bay as a premium standard in CBI real estate investment projects.
- The Residences at Secret Bay grew to 159 CBI investors, from 86, an estimated 85 per cent increase.
- Occupancy rate at The Residences at Secret Bay grew from 81 per cent to 91 per cent.
- ADR increased from US$1,117 to over US$1,196.
- Employees grew from 91 to 110, which is a 21 per cent increase.
